Are you in your 1st or 2nd year as a Head of School?  Still trying to figure it all out?
Join us for New Heads University - a one-year series of "Basic Training" for new (or almost new) leaders!  Meetings will take place at TMI - Episcopal in San Antonio and will be held quarterly September 16-17, November 7-8, January 13-14 and April 23-24.  Topics covered will include:

    Leadership and governance
    School finances
    Episcopal identity
    Church/School relationships
    Personnel management
    Head of School self-care


All meetings will be composed of an afternoon session beginning at 1:00 pm on the first day and a morning session which will end at noon on the 2nd day.  The total tuition is $495.00 Dinner and breakfast are included in the tuition.   A block of rooms at SpringHill Suites by Marriott at the Rim has been set aside for this event - this hotel is just minutes from TMI - Episcopal.
