Basic Training for Leaders

Are you in your 1st or 2nd year as a Head of School? 


Still trying to figure it all out?

Join us for New Heads University - a one-year series of "Basic Training" for new (or almost new) leaders!  
Registration Fee: $495.00.
Topics covered will include:
  • Leadership and governance
  • School finances
  • Episcopal identity
  • Church/School relationships
  • Personnel management
  • Head of School self-care
Meetings will be held quarterly - two will be “in-person” meetings held in San Antonio, Texas and two will be virtual meetings via Zoom. Dates for these meetings are as follows:
  • September 17, 2020 - In-person meeting scheduled in conjunction with the SAES Fall Heads gathering (Sept. 18th) at the Westin Riverwalk in San Antonio.
  • November 12th (Virtual)
  • December 10th (Virtual)
  • January 21-22 (Virtual)
  • March 4 (Virtual)
  • April 29 - 30, 2021 - In-person meeting to be held at St. George Episcopal School, San Antonio (Hotel will be the Embassy Suites at Landmark Plaza San Antonio.)


Payment: We do not accept online payments at this time. Please mail your check to SAES, 1420 4th Ave., Ste. 29, Canyon, TX 79015.
Cancellation Policy: Written requests for refunds must be emailed to Pat Blevins at  30 days prior to the event and will be subject to a nonrefundable $75.00 processing fee. All cancellations received after 30 days prior to the event will be charged the full registration fee.
