Here is what a few of our former cohort members had to say about their experience:

"NHU was the single most helpful, supportive thing I did during my first year as a Head of School. I had others who were going through the same things I was who I could lean on, I had experts I was connected with on a variety of topics, and I found incredible mentors in Mary Katherine Duffy and Rob Devlin. I learned even more about the Episcopal Identity and am so proud that my school is a part of SAES and NAES."
Kelly Broaddus, Head of School, Holy Spirit Episcopal School, Houston

New Heads University was just the training and support that I needed during my first year as Head of School.  Discussing challenges and hearing from other “heads” with a similar school population benefited me greatly.  It also gave me so much more confidence in my new position.  The topics covered during each meeting in addition to the guest presenters each month left me feeling excited and hopeful to return to my campus and get to work! Getting to know the SAES staff and seeing firsthand how much they support our schools was invaluable. I made lifelong friends, and will always be so grateful for NHU! ”
Brittany Nanney, Head of School, St. Francis Episcopal School, Temple
