Registration Fee - The
registration fee and field trip fee are due at time of
registration. (Contact the school office if you would like
the field trip fee divided up into 10 installments.) The
registration fee and field trip fee are non-refundable,
except in the case of an out of the Del Rio area move before
August 1, 2007. The tuition payment installments are due no
later than the tenth day of every month, from August through
May. All tuition payments are made through FACTS Management.
Multiple Child Discount -
Families with more than one child will receive a
registration fee discount:
1st
child - full registration fee; 2nd child - 25%
discount; 3rd child - 40% discount;
4th child - 40% discount. The full registration fee will be
paid on the oldest child in the
family.
Testing Fee - New applicants
for kindergarten - eighth grade need to be assessed in the
areas of language arts and math. A non-refundable $35 fee
will be charged each time a child is tested.
Additional Fees - Additional
fees may apply for special events and programs and/or field
trips throughout the school year. Other fees that are
optional may include fundraising sales, individual and class
photos, yearbooks, and/or PTO fundraisers.
Financial Aid Program - The
school strongly encourages parents with limited or
restricted resources to apply for financial aid. Financial
aid applications are available upon request at the school
office for students in kindergarten - eighth grade.
Financial aid applications are processed through FACTS Grant
and Aid Assessment. The deadline for financial aid
applications is Friday, February 23. Decisions regarding
financial aid will be mailed by Friday, March 23.
After School Care - After
School Care (ASC) is available at an extra cost from 11:30
AM to 5:30 PM to students of St. James Episcopal School. The
cost for ASC is $3.00 per 5-minutes to an hour. All students
picked up after 5:30 PM will be billed $20.00 per 5 minutes
to an hour. All billing will be computed at the end of the
month based on the children's usage, and the charge will be
included on the following month's tuition bill. The
following reduced fee schedule is used for students coming
on a regular basis:
