Authentic Leadership:
Guideposts for Cultivating Inspiration, Creating Meaning, and Fostering Accountability

Today’s school communities are packed with exhausted and anxious parents and teachers trying their best to nurture overscheduled and anxious children.

At the same time, families and faculty are desperately searching for ways to feel inspired, find meaning in their lives and work, and develop systems of accountability.

These competing realities put leaders in a very difficult position when it comes to finding balance and perspective for their school communities. In this lecture, we'll explore three guideposts of authentic leadership and how leaders can  use these to create connected and compassionate schools.

SAES Religion Curriculum Available for Purchase
in August, 2010

The Rev. Boo Kay piloted the long-awaited SAES religion curriculum while the official copyright was being secured.  We are thrilled to announce that the comprehensive PK – 8 curriculum will be available for purchase in August, 2010!  In this presentation, Boo will demonstrate how she used these materials and will share her enthusiasm for ways this program can enhance religion classes throughout SAES schools.
