Raised by Olympic ski coach Rick Eliot, John won a
Junior Ski Championship in Nordic Combined in Lake
Placid in 1980… at the age of eight! He was Phi Beta
Kappa at Dartmouth and All-American in both baseball
and rugby. He is the cofounder of The Milestone
Group, a performance evaluation and consultation
